How can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?
The temporality of the handling of the Personal Data of the Data Subject will be indefinite, which will begin from the date on which the Data Subject provides them to the Controller, being able to oppose the handling of the Personal Data in accordance with their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition ("ARCO") in accordance with articles 28, 29 and 34 of the Law.

The request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of Personal Data must contain and be accompanied by the following:
