These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are intended to govern the contractual relationship between Eterna Residences and the user (the "User" or "You") applicable to all use of the content (the "Content") of the web site located at https://www.eternaresidences.mx ("Web Site").

 

Eterna Residences is located in Calz. Lázaro Cárdenas 3720, Jardín de San Ignacio, 45040 Zapopan, Jal. 

 

Please read carefully and in detail these Terms and Conditions before using and browsing the Web Site, since, by entering and using the Web Site, the User is accepting these Terms and Conditions and expressly declares its acceptance using for such purpose this electronic means, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Civil Code and any other applicable legislation.

The User is only authorized to browse the Site for personal informational purposes, to learn who Eterna Residences is, what it does, where it is located, and to provide information about the products you work with. Eterna Residences therefore authorizes the use of the Site for informational, non-commercial use only. You warrant to Eterna Residences that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eterna Residences does not warrant the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness or timeliness of the Content, software, text, graphics and links.

3. In no event shall Eterna Residences be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct and/or indirect damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the Web Site, notwithstanding that Eterna Residences has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

• General.

1. Eterna Residences reserves the right to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such event, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Web Site, and it is the User's obligation to regularly review this section for any changes that may have occurred. The User agrees that Eterna Residences's posting of the updated Terms and Conditions shall be effective as sufficient notice. In addition, if the User continues to use the Web Site, the User shall be deemed to have implicitly accepted the new Terms and Conditions.

2. Should any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions be declared null and void, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect.

3. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement between You and Eterna Residences with respect to the use of the Web Site.

4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico and the User submits to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the state of Jalisco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction and/or venue.
